Firstly - don't be put off by the low review number, I have had an excellent experience dealing with Scott T at this PNC Bank/Warren location. Scott was very helpful setting up a difficult trust account for my elderly aunt. Another benefit to this branch location - is they actually have a drive up ATM. I highly recommend this PNC branch Fred M.
I happened to be in the area and stopped by and was pleasantly surprised. They were great! Super friendly staff and knowledgeable.
Don't listen to the bad reviews. All the staff and management there currently are amazing. Jose helped me open up a business account for my LLC and was nothing but nice and respectful at all times. The place is in a very clean building with tons of amazing staff members to help you. Definitely will be using this location as my go to bank.
