Super Nitido!!
I don't use this bank except for its convenient ATM, which I use almost weekly (at $3.75 per use). Yesterday I pulled up to the ATM drive thru and put a non-PNC debit card into the machine. I got nothing. The machine didn't respond. I couldn't cancel the transaction, change it or modify the idle touch screen in any way. I waited several minutes, but still no response from the machine. Cierra was great. After opening an account she helped me get the app set up on my phone.
Bad deal. I closed my account because I was leaving the country. Returned 7 months later to find a $25. balance had been left, then subsequently eaten by the bank and then they said I was in arrears $24.82 and a bad debt!!!. After an hour of phone time, it was reported to be fixed but of course , they would not refund my $25. BAD BANK. They use off shore agents that cannot be understood and can’t help. The person who finally “resolved” was on the edge of rude when I asked if she understood my position
