I don't use this bank except for its convenient ATM, which I use almost weekly (at $3.75 per use). Yesterday I pulled up to the ATM drive thru and put a non-PNC debit card into the machine. I got nothing. The machine didn't respond. I couldn't cancel the transaction, change it or modify the idle touch screen in any way. I waited several minutes, but still no response from the machine.
