Lobby hours posted have nothing to do when they're open. Phone message says closed when the ad says open 10-4.
The so called branch at the Burke Giant is more of an ATM as other banking services are not provided. Shame on PNC.
Useless and very bad customer service. I will never waste my time by going there again.
Staff is very friendly. They do not have cash, but great technology that helps with your banking.
Unless you have an ATM card and just want to use the ATM, don't bother. They don't have cash there and they tried to print me an ATM card and failed. They said it would take 5 minutes, 20 some minutes later they finally said they couldn't help me.
