I needed to have some papers notarized. I called the Hamilton Marketplace Branch and spoke to Erick. He was very pleasant when we spoke on the telephone. He told me I could come right over. He met me at the door with a big smile. We chatted as he prepared the paperwork. I must say he was one of kindest people I’ve ever dealt with. I definitely give him 5 stars and more.
