This branch has the laziest bunch of employees. I told the women why I was waiting. She said I could give you a number to call. I said I called already and they told me to come into a branch. She made me wait 20 minutes just to tell me all she was going to so was call. They had one teller and one "banker" at 5:15 on Monday. Hire some more people. Always a long wait time in drive through, even though, I was the only car there.
Absolutely the worst customer service! Extremely slow and very unknowledgeable on many aspects! Come on PNC, you can do better!
My family does all of its business banking with PNC so I’m not quick to leave a terrible review. However, this branch has terrible customer service. I can’t even call them to speak to anybody because they just let the phone ring for five minutes and never even pick up the phone. The lady in the drive-through, a dark skinned woman with long braided hair, didn’t even bother looking at me, saying hello, asking me if I needed anything else, or saying goodbye.
