The way I’ve been waiting for a manager to give me a call back for days now is insane. I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought “maybe they forgot” so i called back today. I was told by an employee that the manager was busy “fixing the debit card machine and would give me a call back in 5 minutes. That was at 11:44am. It’s now 3:05p and I’ve yet to hear from anyone. I went to this branch a couple of works ago to work on an important financial detail. I was so thrilled with the services and friendliness received. Great job
This location in particular is very unprofessional. I make deposits here for my job and there's always problems. This is the 3rd incident documented where there is a problem and I'm over it. I've contacted my companys regional manager to discuss doing business elsewhere I don't feel like typing all 3 incidents but 3 too many
My family and I were in the drive through this weekend and I hit the call button and asked for a deposit slip. I sent them container I saw the worker(older lady with glasses was there then she walked away) after ten minutes I hit the button again and asked about the deposit slip again. Her response was if I never asked for it the first time. Everytime I go to drive through it is like this which is one of the reasons why I stopped banking with them previously.
