Horrible. This branch has no tellers or cash. I was directed by a banker to use an ATM like machine with a “virtual teller.” I came in to cash a check against my checking/savings account. My check was taken into the machine and the machine all of a sudden “broke”. My money was lost and I was told not to worry and that the funds would show in my account in 15-20 minutes.
