Drove an hr to be told they won't cash their own check anywhere in Massachusetts. The vp branch manager was pushy, literally put his hand in front of me and ended my call with the virtual teller while I was on a phone call with progressive tryna resolve the issue. Progressive customer service agent was asking questions and the teller was answering them. The vp was of no assistance when I asked to open an account.
