I have previously had great customer service experiences with PNC Bank, but my recent visit to this branch was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the service lacked professionalism. 1. There did not appear to be a first-come, first-served system. I arrived at 8:59 AM as the first customer. I waited 34 min and had to raised my voice, while other customers were served ahead of me. 2. Horrible. This branch has no tellers or cash. I was directed by a banker to use an ATM like machine with a “virtual teller.” I came in to cash a check against my checking/savings account. My check was taken into the machine and the machine all of a sudden “broke”. My money was lost and I was told not to worry and that the funds would show in my account in 15-20 minutes.
