I had to stop to ask a question. Even though it isn't my account ... its mom & dad's & I took over the bills when we lost mom ... my name has been on their accounts for decades, they've gone out of their way to help me just like if I had a billion dollar account with them.
PNC is a great bank, the staff is very professional ! Great service all the time !
This bank is not run well. Multiple in line, only one person helping people. Manager came out and stood with the teller already working. Did not help anyone in line. Two women employees in one of the offices said we will be right with you. At first they were talking about banking. Then they started talking about their personal lives as we waited and waited.
Good staff at this location compared to others. One of the reasons we stayed with PNC.
