Great place, right near my home!
Very strange experience here. They said my withdrawal slip signature didn't match what they had on file when trying to get some cash (that has never come up over 15 years of being an account holder). What usually takes 5 minutes ended up almost 25 minutes. Bizarrely, they also tried to upsell me on a credit card when they finally confirmed my info.

This PNC location gave me the worst experience of my life at a bank. I went here recently to withdraw some cash from my own account and they gave me hell. Telling me that a huge check that was deposited and posted to my account from the IRS in my name they could not confirm with ACH that the check had my name on it. Then they ( manager included )told me that my signature on filed does not match how i signed the withdrawal slip. This day was a nightmare.
