ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO EVER COME AFTER TODAY I HAVE SHUT MY ACCOUNT WITH PNC AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK AFTER THE DISRESPECT AND ATTITUDE I HAVE RECEIVED AND THE RACISM I HAVE RECI NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION OR ANY LOCATION!!!!
I as a customer I was about to open up an account . 5:58 pm they couldn’t take me as a customer because I was late . I agreed because they close at 6:00pm . But it was 7:00 pm and they were still at the bank doing nothing . Very rude to the cleaning ladies and just imagine how rude they would be to me as a customer . Very unprofessional . Also very disappointed .
