I feel like I'm losing faith in this branch. Every time I come here, something goes wrong. I applied for a loan, and after telling me they are more than willing to get the results changed, they ghosted. Then, another banker emails me, chastising me for not answering his calls and emails. I never received any form of correspondence. Finally, my card was lost. I came to the branch to get a new one, but for some reason, they could not print it out for me. went in today for a new debit card. the wait was a little long, but it was well worth it! Nicole L. was super pleasant and very informative. she helped me with my account and also showed me how to work some features in my bank app that i didn’t know existed. 10/10 customer service and this will now be my preferred location
