I really don't understand the point of this branch when you can't preform any cash transactions (cashing/depositing checks, withdrawing funds exc). The staff informed me that they can really only open accounts there or process loans. The space would be better used as additional ATMs in my opinion.
If I could rate ZERO I would. Went to the PNC in Lusby and was told they no longer handle transactions.. PNC needs to stop advertising as Bank located inside Giant and advertise as ATM only located at Giant in Lusby.....
The man that helped me transfer money was super helpful especially since I had never transferred money before.
