Worst customer service experience, was here for a 230 meeting , no one greeted me, called me or anything, ill take my investments elsewhere, and not to mention only 1 person on counter for an extremely long line
Great staff
Upset that my Federal deposit will not be accepted until 1 November (Saturday); all my other banks received the work deposit(s) on 31 October (Friday).
Customer service is very bad! people waiting in line while the tellers are having a casual conversation. Only one person to talk to about a CD. Plus it’s very small and not a good location
