Great customer service. I am from out of town and needed a letter notarized. Great help. Quick and very pleasant to work with.
When pulling up thru the drive thru it would be nice to be at least acknowledged and to be made aware you've been seen. Sitting 15 - 20 minute's waiting for acknowledgement is unacceptable. Multiple vehicles in line and one other at the second window. Just a suggestion.
Extremely unprofessional , rude neglect of duty .Point blank customer service is very bad
The ATM took my card and would not return to me. I called PNC bank 2 times and was hung up on. When I spoke to someone they said there was nothing they could do and to fix it myself.
PNC has Terrible customer service. Run Away.
