Don't like this bank only two tellers u email a branch manager for a follow up does not return email
Even the most basic clerical work is overwhelming for the bankers at this branch. Went in to submit basic paperwork for a loan and they were no help at all and gave lots of attitude. Went to the merchantville branch right after and they were able to sort out the issue in 5 minutes. Don’t get an attitude with customers because you are incompetent and poorly trained.
This is easily the worst banking experience I’ve had. I only come here because my job requires it, but I would never bank with PNC by choice. Deposits take an absurd amount of time anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour which makes every visit something I dread.
