This is easily the worst banking experience I’ve had. I only come here because my job requires it, but I would never bank with PNC by choice. Deposits take an absurd amount of time anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour which makes every visit something I dread.
Used to love this place, not anymore. Walk in at 11am, didn’t even get greeted and had to wait for hour just to not get serviced when all I came in for was a new debit card. Never again
Extremely slow service. I went to deposit a check in the Drive-Thru after waiting 18 minutes I asked then to just give it back to me. I don't know what's going on in this Branch but I would not recommend it
They don’t answer phones , this is the worst bank to bank with
