Keith, one of your managers who has been a cornerstone of customer service at your branch, was recently moved from his desk near the entrance to the back of the branch. Very seldom a wait. All tellers are very helpful. Keith who I assume is the manager is always very nice and helpful and he always takes the time to say hi upon your arrival and “have a blessed day” when leaving. He always uses your name as most tellers there did at one time but there are quite a few new teller faces so you can’t blame the newbies.
