HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They make banking very difficult, hard to access your money, and very indifferent careless attitude!
The tellers at this location are consistently helpful & attentive. On the average, there are two tellers working. When several customers arrive at the same time, there might be a longer wait than usual. I’ve learned with any PNC location not to arrive in a hurry because delays can occur.
Not a good experience. Walked in to withdraw money. There was 1 teller busy with another customer and the other was not busy at all. I was in a hurry, filled out my withdrawal slip and the lady that wasn't busy made me wait on the other teller for my withdrawal. Explained to her that I was in a rush and she didn't care to help out or anything. Terrible terrible PNC Bank and for my first time visiting, VERY terrible experience!
