Went to this location and was treated like a criminal just to cash a check in my daughter’s name. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This branch should focus on real issues, not their own customers trying to use their services. Would never go back to the new Hope location. The branch manager tried to call me to apologize. I've been visiting this branch since our Lambertville Branch doesn't do cash anymore. Jackie and Alex have been great with helpinge with all business I needed.
Alex is one of the most efficient and professional bank employees you'll ever work with.
