I experienced a glitch, I was unable to log in using the PNC app. Although I no longer live in New Hope, I called this branch. Nick took my call and helped me resolve this problem quickly and he reassured me the everything was ok. Thank you Nick. This branch of PNC is very fortunate to have such a stellar employee.
First I got scammed by a scammer then I got scammed by the bank. I had the worst experience using this bank.
Rude service
Very nice staff. They're very attentive and helpful. The floor arrangement is a bit weird though. I'm used to big counters.
Went to this location and was treated like a criminal just to cash a check in my daughter’s name. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. This branch should focus on real issues, not their own customers trying to use their services. Would never go back to the new Hope location. The branch manager tried to call me to apologize.
