Unusable ATM. God forbid you have an emergency. Worst bank in history
The employees there are pretty much clueless. I went there to cash a paycheck that derived from PNC bank. I was there for 25 minutes with 4 employees trying to figure out how to cash it. I'm not a banker but I really don't think it takes 4 employees and 25 minutes to cash a check. I gave my drivers license and ATM card per their request. They had to call my employer TWICE. On top of that they were just rude. Do NOT go there.
Best Bank, I love this Branch. The employees are always so helpful & friendly. I've never gone in here without seeing smiles & getting just plain old friendly chit chat. They make you feel welcomed. They are very Professional & they know exactly how to take care of your business. I always leave with a smile. Place is always clean, there are ATM'S inside & outside if you don't want to go to a teller. They have a comfortable sitting area. There is plenty of parking. This Branch has my Business & my recommendation.
Staff is always friendly and very helpful such a pleasure doing banking with them
