Terrible customer service and very bad attitude. My wife and I went to open a new account for her. The customer service lady was rude. She was not even trying to give options to us to fit our needs. She did not seem to care that PNC lost business from us. I am just surprised that PNC is having a customer facing person like her. I have an account with PNC and very likely they will lose business from me too.
Excellent branch, the team at this branch know their stuff and are very helpful, especially the manager. She has helped me see my money differently multiple times and always seem to have a smile on her face. #ThumbsUp. Thank you PNC
Excellent staff and service, been banking here for years
They have terrible customer service skills and major attitude problems. I went to cash my check today and lady was just standing there not doing anything til I came. Took my check and then told me she couldn't cash it. I asked her why and she said she just couldn't. Ask for her manager and the manager says I need to call the company that I work for that cut the check. Go to a different PNC after that and they cash it with NO problems and look like Idk what's wrong with that branch. I know what's wrong they are incompetent!!!... read more
