A bank with no tellers. Closing on 7/19/24.
No tellers here and manager is rude
Do not bank here. The manager at the Stirling location is very rude and would not help me because it was close to closing time even though I had already been waiting for 15 minutes with no one else in the bank. If you bank here, expect to be treated this way. They don't care about people at all
Nonsense, went it to use the ATM and withdrew some cash. Politely asked the attendant if I could use the rest room. As she is walking me towards the restrooms she asked if banked with PNC, after I explained that I did not, she proceeds to tell me I am no longer welcome to use the restroom. Way to keep it classy PNC! Rest assured, you'll never have to worry about me using a restroom in your branches.
Drive thru is painfully slow and getting worse. I thinks it's time to leave this bank.
