Para mi el peor banco que existe hace dos años abrí una cuenta allí para darme una tarjeta de crédito me exigían abrir una cuenta con 300 dolares eso hace dos años me han rechazado la solicitud 4 veces y nunca me he atrasado con el pago de la tarjeta , hice una transferencia de mi otro banco a mi cuenta y me retienen mi dinero por una semana sin poder usar mi dinero es un abuso para mi no sirve

Extremely rude customer associate. The girl with auburn hair and glasses at front desk had a big attitude. And always does every time. All the other workers are great but gosh what a personality.
I wish I could give ZERO stars. The bank manager wouldn't let my mom access her own money because he claimed she didn't look like her ID. She had a license, passport and credit cards with her, all the same name. Bank manager should be fired!!!!!
