No customers. 2 people at the counter, 1 in their office and another who probably has an office but was at the counter since they’re the one who informed me that they didn’t have time for me to open a checking and savings account. On a Friday at 4… with no one else around.. everyone looked so confused by the fact that I was trying to open account. I know it’s not a bunch of time but it doesn’t take long to open one and there was no one else. Not the atm machine, not the counter.
My father recently passed away and I sold his car and tried to put the proceeds of the sale into my 91 year old mothers account they failed to except the check at the Woodbine location. I drove to Frederick Maryland went through the drive-through and the teller accepted and deposited into my mothers account. If you do banking with PNC do not go to the Woodbine location. The management is incompetent at this branch.
