I wouldn't recommend this bank to anyone I don't like, much less my friends or family. I've requested MULTIPLE TIMES to opt out of overdraft so I wouldn't get charged more than WHATS IN MY ACCOUNT, but these people dgaf. I'll be going to the bay area blvd location and closing my account when they open in 25 minutes and I'm going to give y'all an ear full. If 0 stars were an option I'd try to give -1.

Krista was absolutely wonderful, helped me so much and was clear concise with all information requested, Krista is an asset and can’t say enough about how great the experience was for me
Nice people but I don't trust thst you do everything through an ATM. I don't trust the people that would be picking up everything in that machine. Don't knock them for it though.
