Not a real bank. I’m switching banks in sick of these good for nothing banks that have gone virtual.
Trying to get a home equity line credit to do a few home repairs. My home loan is with PNC and I do have equity built up. Was told I would get a call back to assist me with this. STILL waiting on that call.
Do not use your debit cards at their ATM machines, they will eat your card and you will not get it back. Leaving you to have to get another one. Instead. Use their digital assets from your phone much safer, less inconvenient.
Hands-down, one of the best banking experiences that I have ever had. From the first day that my girlfriend and I walked into that place Greg tended to everything that we needed very diligently and meticulously. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude left me standing at the door for 15 minutes never acknowledged me, never said hello welcome to PNC. Her first words where, what are you waiting for? I told her that I was there to have a bank card printed out for me, before I could even finish my sentence she was trying to get me to go to another branch, because obliviously she didn’t want and black man standing around.
