Horrible customer service. My son went to receive information about his dispute that supposed to be resolved in 30 days. However a male banker, never discussed with him about the issue and basically he ignored the situation and gave him a vague answer just to dispatch from his desk. I miss "BBVA customer service level".
Don't understand why this bank has bad reviews. Went in on a Saturday was greeted right away at the entrance by a gentleman from PNC. I was waiting for the impossible because of the reviews. But Tatiana from PNC was very helpful and very nice. Must I say she was pretty fast at her job. I was in and out of the bank by the time I knew it. Thank you Tatiana for showing kindness when in reality that's all I needed today. Kindness and a smile
Don’t recommend this bank they charge people you pay 2.5 percent to cash a check
