I cannot be any happier and thankful for Maria! She helped me soooo much. The service was fast very welcoming and very fast.
I'm new to PNC. I find everyone there to be very friendly and helpful. Maria is especially lovely. She always says hello with her beautiful smile and warm nature. I love the self help, drive thru. It's so easy!

Stay away from this branch, but especially Maria Loor. Called four times over the course of two weeks trying to get in touch with her, and was told she's on vacation (week 1) or busy with a customer (week 2) but she'll call me back when she's available. Never received a call back.
I never usually post reviews but this deserves a review! I came into the branch because someone from fraud over the phone shut my card down without even asking my permission. She treated me very poorly on the phone I was very upset and frustrated with my experience and called customer service who advised me to go get a new card from a local branch.
