The tellers are average. The office/desk workers... I think they refer to them as "bankers," are the worst. And, that goes across most all PNC locations. Anyway, the little guy that came out from his office to get me from the waiting room has some mental health issues. I can't remember his name but it was maybe Napoleon or something or something like that. He's 'lowering' the level of service and satisfaction. He never once looked 'up' at me in the eye. His demeanor was 'short.' He interrupted me every time I began to speak.... read more
