Been to this branch twice and both times very poor customer service. First time the woman asked if we had an appointment to set up a personal account. The place was empty. Last week I scheduled two appointments to set up two business accounts. I even got call from Stephanie to ask why there were two appointments. Had to set up the appointments through the "business" section on the internet and had to include the business names of each. The Banker Nate Carroll was incredibly friendly and efficient he explained everything throughly and helped me set up my new accounts in no time! I would definitely recommend others to this location and especially to him!
This has got to be the worst bank in the country not only do they want to charge you $7 service fee no matter how much money you put in and less you have it direct deposited. If that's not bad enough they're online banking app is the worst possible app ever crashes every other time you use it. Then when you make a dispute you got to go through all this stupidity of trying to find people who speak English because of course they send you information overseas. But then you get somebody on the other line with a complete all out ... read more
