This bank location is so unprofessional, and the corporate office follows closely behind! First of all, the bank wouldn't open a Trust account based on the way my name was on the Trust (Jr) vs on my identification (3rd) so since they like to play Attorney at Law I had to get my actual Attorney, who actually went to law school, and not a free service to write a letter of affidavit saying I am actually the personal representative. I kept forgetting to update my address and my card expired this month, the lady was so nice and updated everything for me and gave me a new card.
It's a bank... I use it...not very friendly here..and the rates aren't great on their money market accounts even if you have over 50k in it..but it's better than nothing.
