This is by far the best PNC Bank I've ever been to. They have the friendliest staff and even ask how you are doing personally with sincerety. ALL PNC's I have dealt with are good but this one is excellent. If you have a problem at this branch you might need to look in the mirror because the problem might be you..!!

Not only does PNC offer good products, but also provides outstanding customer service. I first became PNC's customer when I applied HELOC b/c their interest rate was below the prime rate. Later they contacted me with good promotion for the Money Market that actually offered decent interest rate.
