Absolute HORRENDOUS customer service. PNC incorrectly asserted that I cashed a check twice and then deducted 4K from my checking account. I went to speak with a consultant who could barely explain the situation to me after I waited on the phone to speak to someone for 40 minutes who had NO IDEA what was going on and suggested I go to a physical branch. I am taking my money elsewhere and banking with someone else. DO NOT BANK WITH PNC THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.

I have been going to this very nice branch for years and was always satisfied with the experience. However, all has changed with supposedly the new team, who is so incompetent. Tried to fax some letter to a loan department. Clerk Ismail started working on it and it dragged too long. I had to leave and asked to give a call (supposedly within 30 minutes) two weeks when he would be done with my request. I never received a call back. Supposedly a surcharge free network ATM for my bank and got charged an "ATM owner fee". I guess that's how they charge out of network fees to people who are in network
