I had a very exceptional experience with Sandy this morning as well as Kim at the front teller! This was a delightful bank opening for me.
Sandy jain provided excellent service and got my documents notarized in pretty short time.
Kim and Andre are fantastic, definitely superb hospitable experience. High energy, informative, recommend leadership as this service is hard to find in banking

Consistently terrible customer service from the extremely high strung and slightly unhinged branch manager Bikanda. Other employees routinely display more professionalism and courtesy for customers than this particular manager. Absolutely every time I go into this branch Bikanda is either arguing with someone over the phone or nearly yelling at customers in the lobby to sit down, repeatedly.
