Luke was a huge help! He really made this process easy.
The customer service here shocked me. While I waited for the two tellers to resolve a minor issue with my check deposit, there was another young male teller with the least professionalism I’ve ever seen at PNC. He scoffed at his coworkers, berated them, mocked their use of the technology, and even dismissed the teller helping me with a rude hand gesture in plain view. Walked in, was checked in, waited 30 minutes without any signs I would be seen soon. Kept being told ‘they’d be with me in a minute’
