I’m so happy with this bank because it keep my money safe and good customer service and good people and kind people i’m so happy that I choose this bank
This bank is unsecure and unreliable. They will make false reports on your credit causing extreme financial damages were most recently they have been targeting my personal checking account stealing over $9000 with no resolution or explanation just excuses to prolong will be filing a lawsuit.
My first time at this branch and my last. I was there to deposit only. I was received by a rude woman and I could only think that she thought she could treat her customers like her children at home. Told me where not to walk within the bank because I decided to stand and pace instead of sitting down (extraordinary!) and was I the owner of the business (irrelevant and quite frankly none of her business). Time for PNC to re-train this woman or find a replacement.
This bank’s in-lobby AtM had a dispensing error and while a teller helped me withdraw the amount I needed, I discovered the next day they still took out of my account the cash that wasn’t dispensed due to the ATM error. All this and I somehow got wrangled into the manager’s office to “update my email” (it wasn’t out of date) was subjected to pitches for their financial advisor services and savings accounts—with no awareness or concern from the manager about the ATM issue I had.
