I genuinely adore this location, it’s a convenient drive and well-kept but also, my now-favorite employee works there. I happened to meet Timothy one day while making a small transaction, and that turned into him eventually helping me through the process of opening my first PNC credit card. He made it simple and SO easy to change my last name (I got married), and he walked me through a million other tasks I needed done. He was patient, informative, helpful, but most of all, friendly. Every time we’ve needed a banking service that couldn’t be done through self-service, we’ve always been greeted with a smile! Timothy is always a much-needed ray of sunshine when we stop by.
Love this branch, the people working there are always incredibly friendly and helpful. Top notch service, especially at a time when most other banks just treat you like a number.
