This branch is one of the most unprofessional locations I have ever visited. I experienced what I believe was racial bias, and the overall treatment I received was unacceptable. The only reason this review isn't even more negative is because of Paola. She was genuinely kind, respectful, and highly professional. Not at all impressed. Slow to the drive thru. Manners are fake. Talk to me like I'm a child. I'm done. Why is an id is required for deposits all of a sudden? No notice, no signs. It has not been that way at other locations and I've been making deposits all month. If an id was needed then why did she let me leave without telling me i needed one? Then why didn't I get a call at all. Three hours go by and I didn't see my deposit. I don't see any sign that says id is now required for deposits. Just ridiculous. I'm done with this... read more
