PNC basically sucks... Their Atm machines are always broken or out of cash... Or just Slow... They use old machines with outdated software on them. Their online banking is down all the time for extended periods.. They have troubles connecting to 3rd party apps and sites... And they reconcile the accounts in weird batches at odd times... Making it impossible to rely on what you see when you log in because it all may change when they update... It's just an amateur bank... You would think they could get basic banking right... Everytime I come to this ATM there's no withdrawals available. Seriously want to find another bank. I miss BBVA
Worst PNC location in spring, always too busy to help you, system is always down. Not only this but do they pick and choose when they want to break the rules...for certain customers. If I could leave names I would, most employees need to be checked & updated.
