It’s long but true. I came here to enter a SDB and was informed of he process and that a POA was needed and would take two days to process. After 3 weeks pass and two PoA later I get a call to come. I leave work early and arrive at 4:25pm exactly. One customer being serviced in the lobby no one else, so I sat down. I wish I didn't even have to get one star, never had an issues dispositing and or cashing a check at a PNC before but the staff at this location is poorly trained and understaffed. Wasted 15 minutes for the lady to tell me she couldn't do it. Will not be returning to this location. Makes me guess my choice in this bank.
They don’t ever answer their phones
