#WeirdExperience I went into this branch one afternoon for a quick stop. First, I was greeted very welcoming but then the ONLY ONE TELLER (didn’t catch her name) and her manager seemed bothered by my transaction! MIND YOU , nobody else was THERE!!!!….. Now I know why branch location was empty! IF you are miserable and DONT like your job, get yourself another one . ! Stop being miserable while on the job!
Very Professional had a problem they said could be up to 15 days to get my money the manager Maryann Gonzales worked her lunch hour and I got my money back in 2 hours she is awesome went out of her way to help me on new years eve she needs a raise

Tuesday evening 1/23/24 I had the pleasure of stopping at this bank to make a quick deposit. I found the 2 tellers Michael & Toni to be professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Now I know where my bank is at when I am in the area. This pNC is open til 6pm and that is exactly why I was here. Late hours. I hope the branch manager knows what a great teller crew this Tuesday shift has :)
