Although the staff here is friendly and helpful, when I took out a refinancing home mortgage last year, loaning officials were very confusing when informing me of what I needed to do at that time. Then recently, I found out that PNC never informed my home insurance that they were my new mortgage holder when I suffered a loss and a check to remunerate was made out to my old mortgage holder and had to be corrected and resent to me which further inconvenient me after this loss.
