I went into this bank branch to get a new debit card. I was very impressed with how nice and pleasant the staff was. I waited less than five minutes and a woman named Christine came out to help with my request. She was extremely friendly and so helpful! She was so kind and It felt as if I had known her for years. I highly recommend this branch for any of your banking needs.
Horrible experience 01/05/24 Veronica and Shameyn assumed why I had a ripped $20 before even listening to me that I received it from there ATM the night before and a PNC rep asked me to bring it back so of course I'm going to get upset that you don't listen to the issue before jumping to conclusions then want to try and refuse service when I get upset never going to this branch again and thinking about closing my acct with PNC!
