The worst service ever, no one answers the phone. When I did speak to someone they left me on hold for 20 minutes.
I came in today looking for help at the last minute in getting our business account situated, and Nancy was extremely efficient, polite, and helpful. It was a joy and a relief with her professional assistance! PNC rocks!
Be very careful with this bank. My experience was confusing and concerning. I issued a check from this same bank to one of my employees to be cashed. On his first visit, he was told the fee to cash the check was extremely high, even though the check was issued by the same bank. They attempted to charge him $43, which seemed excessive.
