Been banking with them for over a year and other than a few small glitches that were corrected easily and quickly, no issues. I will continue to bank with PNC West Branch in the future.

This branch has the worst customer service model of any financial institution that I’ve utilized. Extremely slow and you typically have to wait.
This bank is RIDICULOUS when it comes to thier loans! You won't qualify unless your bankruptcy is 10yrs old PERIOD! Even Chapter 13 where you paid back your debts! We have been banking with them for 15yrs & they still won't approve us for a Personal loan 🤬🤬🤬 Our credit scores were 700s prior to Bankruptcy too. UNBELIEVABLE! We're closing our accts ASAP!!!
