I had a great experience with Luis Pena at PNC Bank in New Braunfels. All of the staff is wonderful. Luis Pena helped me with some concerns I had. He is very knowledgeable and always makes time for my husband and I. He was able to answer some questions and took the time to discuss and suggested some great options for us. We always leave with a smile. Great job!
Every time I go to deposit money at this NB Branch the ATM is always down. My time and money are important to me. This is a major inconvenience for I unfortunately have to do my business after hours and need to rely on your main device ATM machine be in good working order. They rather sit around and wait til the clock strikes 9 am than empty the ATM when they come into work. That was the first time. This second time the machine was down. This is getting old real quick!! Get it together or go home. I'm sick of it.
I come in once a week and Kayla and Kari are always so friendly and helpful! It’s Always a quick and easy process in and out. I love my home bank!
Kayla was amazing & I even have an appointment next week with one of her associates!
