Vanessa at the PNC New Braunfels branch is FANTASTIC. She has the answers to my questions before I even ask. So welcoming and kind. Always friendly and fast service at this branch.
When I moved down to New Braunfels I was in need of a bank and Wells Fargo was rude and not helpful at all and chase didn’t have time or room for days to make an account. I walk into PNC bank and I was helped with terrific and friendly customer service and was in and out with not only a new bank account but a new set of not just friends but family aswell. I’ve only had good experiences with them and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Shoutout to Lori and Venessa they’re great and provide very good service
My wife and I were in need of a bank with great customer service, user friendly interfaces, and great rates. USAA was just no longer cutting it. We shopped around New Braunfels and found this PNC location. Needless to say, we found our bank! Every staff member was exceptional, knowledgeable, and downright friendly. We worked closely with this locations new manager, Chantel, and her colleague, Vanessa.
