If I could rate this bank at a ZERO I would!!!! Stay away from this branch in New Braunfels! Went into pay a Credit Card payment and the teller put $500 of MY MONEY in someone else's account!!!!!! It took them 35 days to resolve the issue and it was ONLY Because I HAD to be persistent because they didn't care AT ALL and I also told them I was calling the police for theft! In the 1 year again let me repeat myself 1 year and there has been 3 different branch managers we are now on the 4th one in 1 year. They are a Pathetic ban... read more
I have accounts with PNC and have had great service at locations where I previously resided. I am truly shocked to find, upon moving to New Braunfels, that there is only one PNC branch here, which does not even have a drive-thru ATM.
Vanessa at the PNC New Braunfels branch is FANTASTIC. She has the answers to my questions before I even ask. So welcoming and kind. Always friendly and fast service at this branch.
When I moved down to New Braunfels I was in need of a bank and Wells Fargo was rude and not helpful at all and chase didn’t have time or room for days to make an account. I walk into PNC bank and I was helped with terrific and friendly customer service and was in and out with not only a new bank account but a new set of not just friends but family aswell. I’ve only had good experiences with them and I don’t plan on going anywhere else. Shoutout to Lori and Venessa they’re great and provide very good service
