Insane that a bank is unable to provide or even change bills. Wanted to get a 100$ bill for my son’s birthday, but nope. No cash in hand minus the ATM. Cant even get 20s from the ATM and swap for a 100. Just close the branch, why have it open if you can’t handle one of the primary means of banking.
I went to break two twenties today so I will have cash for the Folks at the airport. I was told by the gentleman who met me at the door that even if I have two, rather substantial accounts at PNC I must have an ATM card in order to get the cash changed. I don't have, nor do I want a PNC ATM card. You've got to be kidding me!!!!!!
Been a happy customer for years with PNC. They were up on technology and conveniently located. Now their local branches are become self help centers and are no longer actual banks. You can't get cash or cash checks. Everything has to be deposited then withdrawn. Further more their mobile deposits multiple times is down not working on FRIDAYS. It seams strange that it keeps happening on Friday evenings which would be a major inconvenience to people who are trying to deposit their paychecks to have money that weekend.
No cash. ATM doesn’t work. Teller was basically useless.
This review is for the wonderful Barbara who helped me with a wire transfer! She kept the process as easy as possible. I was in and out. Thanks Barbara!!
