Looks like a branch, smells like a branch, but should be called an office. No tellers...no ability to make a deposit without using the ATM. I needed to deposit a business check for an HOA...we don't have an ATM card. People there were not willing to make the deposit. I ended up going to the Maple Lawn location that said they could take a deposit...got there and it's the same set up...no tellers but people there, but they took the deposit. Ridiculous.
Never heard of a bank that only allows cash deposits or withdrawals by ATM!! They don’t deserve 1 star. Don’t visit this branch located at 5800 Clarksville Square Dr.

Insane that a bank is unable to provide or even change bills. Wanted to get a 100$ bill for my son’s birthday, but nope. No cash in hand minus the ATM. Cant even get 20s from the ATM and swap for a 100. Just close the branch, why have it open if you can’t handle one of the primary means of banking.
I went to break two twenties today so I will have cash for the Folks at the airport. I was told by the gentleman who met me at the door that even if I have two, rather substantial accounts at PNC I must have an ATM card in order to get the cash changed. I don't have, nor do I want a PNC ATM card. You've got to be kidding me!!!!!!
