I love this branch. When I call the local phone, they always answer their phone. Had multiple appointments with Derrick - he is terrific. Assisted me with a difficult family situation and appreciate his kindness and empathy.
Looks like this branch has robots sitting there who don't know what to do. Even they can't open an account, they can verify an account. They are not aligned with their own system. Better to train some robots and put in this branch.
