Went in to close my account as I would be moving to a situation where PNC doesn't have a presence. And they made it almost impossible to close my account. I'd give them zero stars if I could. Garbage bank thay employees garbage people
Service good, transaction easy, personnel helpful. Been with bank since 2004.
I was attempting to make a deposit and this ATM took my cash and went offline. I received a message, "Temporarily out of service. A service team member has been notified". I called PNC Customer Service to file a complaint and they were very helpful. But, I will never use this ATM again.
TO PERFORM A SIMPLE TRANSACTION,TELLER IS UNABLE TO EXECUTE!? SHOWS UNNECESSARY BANKING RULES FOR DEPOSIT !? NO ONE IN BRANCH STAFF ARE READY TO HELP EACH OTHER...FEEL SORRY TO HAVE A PNC BANK ACCOUNT.THESE WILL BE SPREAD AMONG COMMUNITY TO WITHDRAW THEIR ACCOUNTS FROM THIS BRANCH/BANK.NO CUSTOMER SERVICE VALUE TO EMPLOYEES.
I used this branch when it was a local bank in the 80s. It went through several corporate changes: Mercantile Bank and then PNC. Although PNC has to be the worst bank in the United States, the staff and management of this branch remains solid. Emily helped me to solve a problem that I have been trying to solve for two years: cancel a transfer of funds from my PNC account to an external bank.
