They had me change my savings account four months ago made only $80 had to pay extra money $287 to have my taxes done they don't care about their customers didn't tell me my other options like about CD'S ect.

In today’s world, there is no reason why a banks app doesn’t work truly. If you transfer or someone Zelle’s you money, don’t believe it’s available to use as it stats. They will return major bills, I guess to try and charge nfs fees. I have taken screen shoots of the app and what it says, and then the bank says the app is wrong 😑 Unbelievable! If you show to have xyz available, but part of it’s a transfer it’s not truly available and they don’t tell you that. PNC has some of the nicest employees if you go into the bank, but... read more
