only branch in the area that can provide temporary debit cards and their hours are 9-5...and they're not open on saturdays... HOW IS THAT HELPFUL TO ANYONE
First let me say that I would expect my bank to ensure my identity, especially if I was "an out of towner"...I have several banks I work with and PNC Bank, especially this branch is by far the most customer friendly! Natalie, Zach (in the San Marcos Branch), Makenzie, Adrian and Brandy always greet me by name and I have always had stellar service regarding my banking needs (which are diverse). This is a 5.0 branch not a 2.8!
Disappointing customer service. For better service see Westlake branch.
