only branch in the area that can provide temporary debit cards and their hours are 9-5...and they're not open on saturdays... HOW IS THAT HELPFUL TO ANYONE
First let me say that I would expect my bank to ensure my identity, especially if I was "an out of towner"...I have several banks I work with and PNC Bank, especially this branch is by far the most customer friendly! Natalie, Zach (in the San Marcos Branch), Makenzie, Adrian and Brandy always greet me by name and I have always had stellar service regarding my banking needs (which are diverse). This is a 5.0 branch not a 2.8!

From put of state, but needed to withdrawal some cash. I provided teller with checkbook and photo ID. I was questioned if I was from out of town, well yes I was in town visiting family. She then proceeded to ask me all the questions that was answered on my photo ID, along with last 4 of Social and email address. Prolonging a transaction that she had all the answers too.
