Excessive wait times. Only one associate ever available. It’s absolutely ridiculous and very frustrating.
Jack was extremely efficient and sympathetic to all of my issues. He explained everything to me and fixed all my problems. I AM VERY IMPRESSED!!!!
I love going into this bank everyone is so helpful and informative every time. The two tellers I always get I can't remember names I'm horrible with names are so great every time. There''s one I get quite often or I try to as she's very cute.
