Denied Notary Services. I am a PNC customer all my life. I would rather use the ATM than speak to anyone in this branch. PNC should be embarrassed in quality of customer service provided here. I asked politely. For the persons name and got a complete run around. No one wants to own accountability. Makes me skeptical to trust them for larger matters. Good luck! your going to need it.
We had an issue with check fraud at our business and this Prospect PNC quickly caught on to the fraud and notified us immediately - I went into the branch to handle this situation and couldn't have asked for better experience. PNC, please do not ask your customers to scan a bar code so you can "get in line" to see a branch banker. That's terrible customer service. I'm standing right here.
