Spending hours trying to pay off mortgage, can't even get a pay off amount. Worst bank I have ever dealt with. Worst customer service. Go to your local credit union. If you bank here move.after I get payoff I wire money at 2:15 pm, oh we will charge you for Saturday Sunday and Monday, since received after 3 pm eastern. I have to buy another money order pay to wire the remaining 3 days
Never actually been inside the bank, opinion is based on ATM transactions. ATM machine is very temperamental and hard to use. And too cheap to print a transaction receipt.
Appreciate the -thru service, unlike the Kirbyville branch.
What don't like is when they are closed on Saturday wish they were open on Saturday but other that everything is wonderful friendly staff and service
