Get a bank account they said it'll help you out it'll make life easier. I called nonsense This has made my life even worse now I have to wait for my money even longer I can't even transfer anything without it taking 3 to 5 business days. This is stupid I haven't had a checking account since 2004 and now I know why I stayed away from Banks. I can transfer funds through my financial apps within minutes
I've been a customer for 56 years!!! Starting out in Texas as State National Bank, moved here, told by my Bank President to wait that State National was getting their NM Certification, so we waited. Then BBVA Compass & now PNC Bank which froze my accounts, all of them with $57k that I may never see again according to the Bank Fraud Department! All my checks & bill paying have not been paid that was mailed out or phone banking Prior to the freeze! Some loyal bank???

Been banking with PNC in Ruidoso - and BBVA/Compass before their acquisition - for over 12 years now and in my option the best and most caring customer service in town. Any issues that have ever arisen have been quickly and satisfactorily resolved. I highly recommend PNC to everyone I know in search of the best bank experience here.
