This PNC bank is one of the best banks I’ve gone to. There is nothing better than a small town bank that treats you like family and make sure all your banking needs are met. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been banking here for over a year now and have zero complaints as a card user of this bank. Friendliest staff. Gives personal, one-on-one service. Branch manager is the best.
If I could give less than one star I would. This bank is horrible. The staff are rude. Not helpful at all. I ordered a debit card and the lady sat there and told me it would be on the way & I’d receive it in a week or so. Well I never did. Went to another location & the lady at that bank told me that a debit card had never been ordered for me. She pulled my account information up on computer & said that they never ordered.
