This is not the bank it was 2 years ago. Must be a problem with new management. They now have new banking RULES and fees which makes every transaction time consuming and painfull. Short staffing and poor customer service on an ongoing basis is the first red flag of a company not interested in success. Supporting operations from the corporate level are in bad shape as well. I am in to 2 weeks to get on line access to basic functions. Hey management ! You are aware this path is costing you way more than you are saving?
