My husband and I moved here in 2009 when BBVA was here and we have stayed during any of the obvious changes that happen in any business change. The management has helped us with several loan processes, including allowing us to help, during an almost devastating losing our home and restructuring our loans. This is not the bank it was 2 years ago. Must be a problem with new management. They now have new banking RULES and fees which makes every transaction time consuming and painfull. Short staffing and poor customer service on an ongoing basis is the first red flag of a company not interested in success. Supporting operations from the corporate level are in bad shape as well. I am in to 2 weeks to get on line access to basic functions. Hey management ! You are aware this path is costing you way more than you are saving?
