I made an appointment to open an account. Met with Sarah who was personable, witty, and professional. When leaving, several employees wished me farewell by my name. Happy to get some actual service in person in the age of AI.
Branch is good. PNC as a whole is set up to screw thier customers out of thier money.
The teller's ar are very sweet and helpful
I must say this bank is a complete joke! I needed to cash a check even called the branch letting them know I was coming from 2.5 hours away to make verify the hours of operation. As I pulled up I noticed 2 lady’s inside I parked seeing that I had only 3 minutes to spare before closing. I parked and as I walked to the door I seen the lady speed walking thinking maybe she’s catching the door for me.
