Great customer service
Honestly I don't understand all of the negative reviews. It's really sad that just because things aren't exactly how someone wants they have to knock this bank as a whole. Everyone is very nice and go the extra mile to help if there is any confusion or issues. I actually went to see about a loan and one of the clerks showed me how to check my credit and we wound up finding out that my identity had been stolen to run up credit cards. People on here say they don't have drive through but that is for safety reasons . Honestly I ... read more
A disgusting corporate machine that bought and ruined a once friendly community oriented business. They are not friendly to the elderly, disabled, or underprivileged. Just today they turned away a loyal customer in multiple of the above categories and refused their deposit because they were related to the teller. When asked if the manager could take the deposit, the manager instructed said customer to come back next time they could get a ride to the bank and hope a different teller was available.
