NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!
I mean I wanna rate it at least 4 stars but here's the two reasons I mean I know some of the lady's there witch are very nice and helpful by the way but at times nobody awnsering the phone and then it's ringing and ringing and ringing like forever then voice mail and I mean I love this bank but at times the lady's i know keep always hireing new people and then these people don't know how I do things and twice I had two lady's not give my full amount on my bank card. Poor Customer Service, No Drive up ATM, Parking is Absolutely Horrible if your even lucky enough to find a parking spot. Being a Customer and being told to Go to another Bank to get a Credit Card Advance because there machine is always down or broken I quit asking. They need to work on there Customer Service Skills.
