There were only three people working here in this office, two out of the three were in training so they had very limited access and ability to solve problems. There were 6 customers standing and waiting in the lobby for the service and there were no chairs for us to sit. I waited for one hour to be served.
Megan, who answered my phone call, greeted the phone in a monotone voice, and then proceeded to sound more pissed off after I requested information on how to close my account. Seems like I'm making the right decision.
Sick of the virtual stuff. Can't even go into the branch without an appointment. Atms only and speaking to someone through a computer on high volume while others are either behind you in line or you're sitting in your car trying to figure things out. We are done with PNC and closing our accounts very soon.
