My mom has had an account here for quite some time. She was always well taken care of. She still is, but that's only because of the extraordinary people that help her. Adeleke and Garrett. I feel sorry for them. They should look for a position elsewhere, where their skills and kindness would be most appreciated and beneficial. Save your time. Do not bank with PNC. Worst service ever. . Just took them 35 minutes to make a simple deposit…
Do not go here. Go to the branch on Secor road. There was no one here at the door. There were three people sitting in offices and I just sat there for > 15 mins and had no idea how much longer I would need to sit there to get help.
